  Always a good experience! Glad I've been with them now since i was 16! They handle car loans, car insurance, home insurance the works! no hassles to!!!!

  My wife was in a car wreck and our car was badly damaged. We contacted the other drivers insurance company and after 3 weeks of rental car and being told by that company "We'll call you when we make a decision" I finally got frustrated and called Hank's office to see if they would get involved and move the process along.
  I can not say enough for the staff there at the office and all the other support people that we dealt with including a gentleman named Bruce that came to the house to access the damage on our car. Within a week after your office got involved I was told the check for our damages would be coming shortly.This has been a stressful time for me and my wife and your people handled all our questions and needs and at no time did I feel like I was being a bother to them.
  I hope you will pass this on and keep up the good work and again THANK YOU.
