I was under an time constraint and looking my roof to be repaired in a timely manner. Eric was detailed In description during the assessment and after when quoting me, as he wrote up an document to provide to my insurance. (and for my understanding) Chrissy ensured the information i needed was always communicated to me and was extremely patient with my worried timing constraints. She even communicated clearly to my title company. (Hector and crew) Bone Dry takes the time to detail their work by providing pictures of your roof during work. They never tried to upsell me, they kept me at ease during the limited time constraint I was on, and the work matches their the effort provided to me to keep my business.
