“I was given Karen's number by a friend as I was having severe shoulder/arm pain. I was hesitant because I'm one of those that goes for the easiest solution like a shot of cortozone and I'm on my way. I went today, unable to raise my arm above my chest area. I left touching the top of my head. I could not put my hair in a pony tail this morning! No, the "issue" isn't gone, but after an hour with Karen, it's 60% gone and I can move with tremendously less pain. I literally cried at the end of our session out of relief! She suggested I still go to my ortho, as previously scheduled, but I will be going back for this and other areas I'd like to address. I can't thank you enough for how feel right now!!
