  Lance Appleby and the rest of Dawn's team were amazing. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of direction, education and emotional support (lol) and Lance was there for us whenever we needed him. From pointing out and explaining structural or mechanical issues to random questions about home value and design opinions, Lance was always ready to ease our concerns. We looked for a while but he was always positive, and when we finally found our home, it was Lance that swooped into action within hours of listing (on a Sunday) to get us in before anyone else and giving us the edge. We also benefited immensely from the support of the rest of Dawn's team, making all the scheduling, paperwork, and closing very easy and quick. Thank you so much, we love the home and we couldn't be happier with your services

  The Dawn Griffin Group is truly a refreshing experience. They are client focused, help you establish your goals and collaborate together behind the scenes to execute an action plan to meet those goals; meanwhile, educating you on the process along the way. My husband and I were in a unique situation and needed to sell our house quickly to relocate out of the country for his job. Our goal was to sell at a certain price and close on a specific date and The Dawn Griffin Real Estate Group did it! They are a no fuss, work oriented team with a personality and a smile, we love them!

  I had previously worked with Dawn as a buyer, and had a wonderful experience a few years ago. For that reason, when I was ready to sell my home, I had no hesitation calling her to get the ball rolling. She immediately responded and set up time with me, and took as long as it needed to explain everything and get me comfortable with the selling process because I had a very quick turnaround in order to relocate out of state. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn and her company. They are always there when I have a question and provide responses almost immediately to me. She has a team put together to cover all aspects of the selling process, which I am confident is the reason my home sold so quickly and for over asking price.
