His demeanor has always been customer first, he is polite and extremely knowledgeable. Half a dozen times similarly, however most recently, my wife needed an immediate prescription that none of the area Walgreens could fill due to lack of ingredients. Our doctor suggested a temporary alternative that Carl helped us with. A week after we had moved in all of our belongings and left St. Louis we got a call from the office. They had been doing their random weekly checks and noticed that we had not properly locked our unit. They called me immediately. Unfortunately, we were 12 hours away. We mailed them one of our keys and they properly locked our unit for us after taking a picture of all the items inside. Three months later we clear out from the unit and everything was there. We appreciate their honesty and concern.”
