Got the best $$and sevice for new tires

Nice people but it took 1 1/2 hours to mount my tires when I had an appointment. REALLY

Tire exploded on the highway and I pulled into a parking lot to put on my spare. Raced to Costco and arrived 20 minutes before they closed. Like true professionals, they were able to get all 4 tires changed, even though they had to stay late. Saved our lives as we had to drive back to Chicago the next day. THANK YOU.

Their time estimates are actually accurate. But the wait is long. They do take appointments so I recommend calling/planning ahead. Sometimes there are two people working at the desk, sometimes none if they're super busy. It's understandable because they're doing the best service they can. They have good inventory of tires too, even for old cars
