  I had them repair my Tesla as part of an insurance claim. They were supposed to have the car for 4-5 days. On the 6th day, I asked for a status as I had heard nothing. I was told parts were ordered and would not be in for weeks. I stated I wanted to pick my car up multiple times as it was drivable when I dropped it off (dent in the hood/no mechanical issues). 3 requests of what was going on and wanting to pick my car up were completely ignored. Finally, when they did reply, they ignored my request to get my car and blamed the insurance company for not approving additional repairs right away. However, my insurance company showed me it was approved the day it was submitted. After that, I again stated I wanted to pick my car up as the insurance would not pay for a rental that long. I was again ignored. Fast forward 24 days and I finally get Abigail, the manager, on the phone, and she was horrible to deal with. She had no idea what was going on with my car or why no one had replied to me for so long. I finally picked it up and they had let the battery run down to 22%. They also left the key to the car sitting on the top of the center console for anyone to see. The overwhelming majority of this was via email, which I am happy to provide to anyone that asks.

  This is thee best auto EVERYTHING! Car CRAFT is a very deserving name! Quality work, patient, honest, timley and affordable! I drive a distance to get to them but it beats having to go back to the folk who don't do the job right in the first place! I don't let anyone touch my car anymore. Just Car Craft!! Thank you for your service!

  Body work is flawless! Great, professional, friendly staff. My car was super clean when I got it back, on time as promised.

  First, I would like to say how nice the staff are. They've kept me updated with little details about my car, they're texting system which allows you to see updates on your car through their website is really useful. Secondly I would like to say how fast they are, although I only needed some light body work my car was managed get back to me within a week. And the work that they did on my car was great, another satisfied customer.
