This was one of the best massages I've had. During the massage she stretched my limbs which I've never had done during a massage. But it made total sense, your body needs to get lose, plus she can feel where you are right when stretching and work an area you may not have known needed it. She asks what areas you want her to work on, but she is really great at reading your body and spending extra time on the places she finds and can see need it. I was having low back pain and it turned out my calves were really tight and she worked them loose!! Back pain fixed! I have already made another appointment and will continue to do so.
