FIRST Gunsmithing

The owner and staff at First Gunsmithing could not have been more helpful and more professional. I walked in without an appointment and asked them to take a quick look at my Thompson Center Pro Hunter. I was having problems with the hammer. They stopped what they were doing to help me. They repaired my gun while I waited and explained the problem. I was very pleased with their service and I will have my muzzleloader in time for the season starting next weekend in Illinois. A big thanks to the owner and staff!!! I am a life long customer after my experience today.

Dan and Dennis did an amazing job with a custom fit stock and new forearm on a Beretta shotgun handed down from my father. The fit and finish are perfection! I can’t recommend Dan, Dennis and First Gunsmithing enough.

These guys are skilled craftsmen, who know their "art". Honest pricing, reasonable turn around time. Very happy with earlier 'trigger job"; and, today, got "problem pistol" back from them, which NOW is a reliable "shooter" ( it's gremlins are now gone). I highly recommend these guys. Honest advice on my gun, and explained what they can, and what they can't do (to make it a better gun). ...am VERY HAPPY with these guys! Gordon U.
