F45 Training Ellisville

Just visited St Louis the past 5 days and came in to train at F45 Ellisville and was incredibly impressed by everything about this studio! Friendly staff, plenty of space, great class sizes and awesome music playlists. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town :)

I love this class! Kimberly and staff take such good care of us "seniors". We get a really good workout and enjoy almost every minute of it!

Tried F45 for the first time this week after a LONG hiatus of any gym workouts. I loved it! The classes flew by, were challenging but you can go at your own pace, and fun. The coaches were super welcoming and helpful without being condescending when you need a correction. Highly recommend!

I love how clean and upbeat Club Fitness is! It makes me excited to come back to the gym each day. There is always plenty of equipment and options for a great work out and the staff are always very helpful!

Very impressed by attentiveness of staff and management to the needs of both members and the facility. Good variety of equipment as well. I've worked out in different gyms for many years, and this is one of the best all around ones I've been in.
