“Called El Punch and they quoted $1850 for a engine replacement with a 30 day warranty! I heard $2k-$3k from everyone else… They requested half down and ordered the part . They towed the car to their shop at no additional cost! They had the car for about 4 days and placed an engine in it. We got the car back and it started leaking from the motor same day. We called them back and they were so professional and reasonable! They told us to bring the car back and we brought it the next day and they had it for another 2-3 days . We have been driving the car for about a week and no issues since. Thank you El Punch you guys did an amazing job very quick, professional and reasonable.”

They are not there to hold your hand and they are not there for anger management therapy. 2. I’m an early adapter with Rivian, which means there is a learning curve, asking questions ahead of time, doing one’s homework, helps with communications and realistic expectations. I had Dalo tint all my homes windows in 2004 after we had a new home built and the 'low e' windows we paid for as an upgrade did nothing to stop the scorching heat coming in. The tint has been amazing from both a heating & cooling, sun bleaching and privacy but what just happened today took me over the top for sure. Since you're given a Lifetime Warranty, I had 2 windows that had bubbled up. I called the company and from every step of the way they were amazing. Christian came out and looked at it and verified and then Anthony came out and redid the windows today at no charge under the warranty. Not many companies are there long enough to honor a warranty and then they try to welch on their commitments. NOT DALO! They took care of it all! You won't be displeased if you decide to hire Dalo!”

My experience from the call to the service was 10/10. John and the team were efficient, kind, and overall just a smooth experience for an unfortunate circumstance. I could tell they gave my vehicle an honest inspection as John called a little after I dropped off and said that they noticed another nail in a different tire as well! He wanted to confirm with me the work before they went ahead with it which I appreciated. I came back after an hour with 2 fixed tires and a appropriate bill for the work that was done.
