“Prices are higher here than at some stores, but the service and quality are outstanding. If you are buying plants you must take them to the employee who works outside near the entrance. They give you a sales slip with your plants listed, and you take that indoors to pay. When you come back outside they will help you to your car if needed and give you plastic to protect your car. I've been a customer for 20 years and I've never had a bad experience at Timberwinds Nursery. The photos show plants I bought yesterday.”

“Reinhold Flooring saved our job!!! I work for a company in Spokane Washington and right at the end of a big LVT job, we ran out of product. And of course, the manufacturer discontinued it and had none left in stock. After calling about 15-20 stores, I finally found Ann at Reinhold. “Better than most and probably one of the best Walmarts in the Saint Louis area. I had no problem parking in a lot that was free of litter. Most of the cart corrals were empty and a guy was working to clear them. Inside the store, brightly lit. I had no problem shopping in the lunch meats and sliced cheese, everything well stocked. Automotive had the windshield fluid I needed. Most of the front of the store has been converted to self-checkout but there was still a queue. Win some, lose some. I'd shop here again.”

I worked with James Haney, and he got us into a machine and is saving me 1/2 of my old budget for our copier lease, with even better features. The machine was installed and everything went really smoothly. Since the install, we got new phones, internet and a few new computers this past week, so since I am the person that wears the "IT" hat (with no formal training) when we have problems, I needed help MANY times in reconfiguring our machine, (new IP address), getting our computers to talk to the machine, our fax line, you name it---- I probably needed help from the help desk. 😏 I received same day service on all of my problems, and was greeted with friendly, helpful people that worked through my problems with me patiently and enthusiastically.
