From communication to following instructions to potty training, they have helped with everything that our son has needed and he has made tremendous progress while attending full time therapy. I love that the SLP is in house and provide speech and language therapy on the spot. We receive weekly progress updates and monthly classroom newsletters, in addition to the daily portal to see pictures and notes from the day. “Please don’t listen to the one star haters. Being a specialist like Dr Gotti is not an exact science. The gentleman who was mad because Dr wanted to send his wife home on pic-line prior to getting cultures back; cultures need time to grow to be able to see what type of meds were needed. How would you have felt if you didn’t get the best course of antibiotics for the type of infection she had. Imagine while waiting for cultures and your refusal of a pic-line your wife could of broken out into a full blown body smashing infection and God forbid your wife succumbed to the infection; your gonna be like why didn’t we get antibiotics sooner. Dr Gotti is an awesome infectious disease Dr and when I need to see her I drive 2 1/2 hours to get some of that awesomeness. Antibiotics only treat certain infections, that’s why there so many different ones. I believe in her she saved my lie with her knowledge and wisdom. She obviously thought it was possible your wife was really sick. By all means you can ask for a second opinion, but don’t be mad when the next Dr says the same thing.”

Side note and NOT related to this staff or service we received there: I was disappointed with Clarkson Eyecare corporate offices for not allowing the staff to go home on the cusp of a major ice and snow storm. They need to value the lives of people more; especially if there is no doctor on duty during that time.”

“I had some pretty serious pain that has been increasing over the last month or so, and finally became nearly constant and often unbearable. I never had much trouble with my Wisdom teeth but this time the pain was migrating all around my mouth, making my eyes water, a bit nauseated, tired, and in a very unpleasant mood. No one I called was able to get me an appointment within the next month. Dr. Chiapel was able to fit me in the next day. He worked quickly, his advice made perfect sense, and even though I am still sore the pain is nothing like what I have been living with the last few weeks. Three days later and I'm able to concentrate again and get some things done. I highly recommend Dr. Chiapel. It was a two hour drive for us to get to his office and absolutely worth it. I have never been so happy after having something done to my teeth. I owe the guy who recommended him a pizza, at the very least. After I'm able to eat pizza again, which should be soon.”
