“I have been a patient at Eureka Smiles for around 6 years now, & have NEVER been dissatisfied. I’ve gotten root canals, composite bonding, you name it, every time Dr. Mike gets the job done with no hesitation. I had broken a front tooth for the second time (he fixed it the first time as wel) & was really nervous about having to go longer with my front tooth broken. Once I got to my appointment he gave me a composite bond and sent me on my way within an hr with a brand new tooth! He’s truly a master in creating the smile you hope to have when you leave. I will ALWAYS return because Eureka Smiles & Dr. Mike has had my back time & time again. Megan is also a great assistant who treats me so kindly, & gets me settled into the office with no problems. The ladies at the front desk are always a pleasure & showed me an in-house insurance type of plan that I could use for cleanings and a few other things in the year. Thank you again Eureka Smiles!!! “We had a very disheartening experience. My daughter (newly graduated from high school) was really looking forward to getting Lasik for her graduation gift. Her prescription is very strong, and even with glasses or contacts, her vision isn't quite perfect. I had been communicating with Pepose since last August -- asking about age requirements, the time needed to wear glasses, the wait between consultation and surgery, etc. I made her appt. back in March and her prescription was sent to the office. We showed up at our consultation after 3 weeks of wearing coke bottle glasses and putting our lives on hold and also planning around this potential surgery. My daughter was called back and came out within 7 minutes (she should have been back there for 2 hours) -- distraught and crying. They told her she couldn't get the surgery because her prescription was too strong. Yes. That's correct. When they had her prescription in their possession and despite me making what felt like 100 phone calls to their office. My daughter was crushed. I know this is a first world problem, but for someone who has never been able to see well, it was a dream come true. They apologized but it's just not enough. This was a basic function of someone's job and we unfairly paid the consequences. UPDATE: Dr. Pepose himself called me to apologize. He was very sincere and kind and took the time to explain how things went wrong. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and their experiences in his office. I have a lot of respect for people who admit mistakes and apologize. That level of customer service says a lot.”

Even when I suffered an injury Christine taylor made several workouts for me. She even worked with my physical therapist so she would know which movements I should avoid. I have Christine as well as my Physical Therapist to thank for helping me avoid back surgery! Christine is a great cheerleader and the women there are very supportive as well. Thanks WF!”

I've had feet problems for the past 10 years. I see an orthotist, orthopedic doctor and a neurologist. Dr. Phillips has done more for my feet than all three of these combined.
