“Was nervous to deliver here based on the reviews. Got here on a Fri. morning about 2 hours before my delivery appt. One truck in front of me, but 2 guys waiting inside when I went to check in. Only one was also a live unload. They got him in and out the dock in about an hour or so. I was able to back into dock 11 fairly easy. (Be warned that may not always be the case. I was told by other driver sometimes they have a ton of pallets down in front of dock 11 that minimizes room to back. No pallets on this day so easy back.) You have to wait inside while being unloaded. Took the forklift guy about 20 mins to empty my trailer. They also have dumpsters where you can discard the mats (see pics). May the odds be in your favor!”
