They are not there to hold your hand and they are not there for anger management therapy. 2. I’m an early adapter with Rivian, which means there is a learning curve, asking questions ahead of time, doing one’s homework, helps with communications and realistic expectations. I called periodically and asked questions without nagging or demanding. They answered me in a professional and timely manner. Treat people respectfully and you will be treated with respect.
