When I walk through the door the smell of Bosnian cuisine fills my heart with joy and reminds me so much of my culture. The restaurant it self has such beautiful decor and a luxury feel to it. Its open, spacious and inviting. The service is very friendly, hospitable, and they definitely know FOOD. The cuisine is beyond delicious! Every bit takes me back home. A real and authentic Bosnian cuisine. I'm a a person who wants the best and I never take anything less then best that's why my family and I have been going here for over 8 years. “The food has been consistently good and coffee is heads and shoulders better than any other fast food place. I dare say better than Starbucks if you're going just regular coffee. The Pizza's taste amazing, many of the sandwiches are great, and pastries are always fresh. You will pay restaurant level pricing at times, and whether it's worth it or not is up to you. I enjoy my free Coffee from my coffee membership and a bagel here and there so it's perfectly acceptable and affordable for me. The staff members know me as a regular, and the vibe here is very positive. They've always been friendly. This specific store has always been a fun place to come back to. Note on the recent reviews with the negative customer service. I always show up in the morning time. So I can speak for the morning / early lunch crew. Dinner crew I have no idea 🤷🏽.”

“I placed an order over the phone for carry out and i don’t know what the lady on the phone did but she placed my order to some other location and it wasn’t the one here so when I arrived I told the general manager bout what happened and he was able to put my order in for me with a discount and He even personally brought it out to my car for me! I told him I left him a tip in the jar on the counter as well because when you blessed someone, you gotta pay it forward by giving blessings back. “I'm so glad we found this place. It's friendlier and more comfortable than other places we visited. A lot seemed like hospitals and we're kind of depressing, but McKnight Place is homey and there's just an active atmosphere. I noticed that and smiles on faces of employees and people who live there and that really stands out. I feel good having my family member there. At first, I wasn't sure about the food but they got a new chef about a year and a half ago and now things are REALLY GOOD. I've been impressed. We've been very happy with service and care. People should definitely consider it.”

“I work at the Veterans Hospital at Jefferson Barracks and had a special request from a patient. He said as soon as I am off the feeding tube, I would love a soft serve ice cream from Dairy Queen! Well the day finally came and among other patient requests I had an order of 7 ice cream! When I went to order and asked for a discount, they gave it to me without question!
