“My son has been at DGN for two years and he is one of the youngest stroke residents they have. The staff put me at ease from day one, he was on hospice and he has recovered the staff has made him feel like he's part of their family. They allow him to assist with some of their task making him feel useful. I was very worried about the quality of care he may receive they have treated him well. The staff communicates with me no matter how big or small. Considering this may be his permanent home I am at ease knowing this is where he will be. My son enjoys the bond he has established with the staff, I enjoy watching the interaction between him and the staff, he calls each of them by name, they also provide him with treats from time to time. No place is perfect and there is staff turn over like any other work place, I can honestly say DGN gives their best. They are truly my essential workers HEROES,”

“Ever since I was a boy I had this vision. A vision of a glorious mountain with a beautiful landscape. Atop this mountain lays a sandwich. Up until today, I had no idea what it meant. For no particular reason I decided to stop by this local restaurant and pick up a roast beef meal with a Dr. Pepper. The woman that took my order was exceptionally nice and patient with me, and the young man that handled my money had a wide and bright smile that made me feel valued as a customer. The crew at this location had my order out ridiculously fast and I headed back home. My whole life had been leading up to this moment. I unwrapped the beautifully wrapped roast beef sandwich and took a bite. Upon doing so, all my questions have been answered. The sandwich that sat atop the mountain was this very sandwich. Not only were the fries absolutely crazy good, but this sandwich was something else. It was a sandwich fit for a king. My mouth-watering from it's savory goodness and delightful seasoning, that is exactly how I felt: like a king.”
