“The staff here was friendly, helpful and efficient. I was glad to be able to be in and out of the facility in just a few minutes, and it was nice to be able to check in online before going to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle I rented, however, was a different story entirely. From the moment I got in the vehicle, there was an unpleasant smell in the vehicle and there were stains on the seats. The comfort of the seats was poor as well, as the seat felt as though I was sitting on a board for the duration of my long trip. I reported all of this to the staff when I returned the vehicle and the representative was nice enough to give me a discount on my next rental and a free upgrade on the next rental as well. All in all, I would say the staff at this Enterprise location made the rental experience a pleasant one and I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a vehicle in St. Louis.”

“We had a great experience at the Parking Spot 2 in St. Louis. The morning we parked the driver picked us up right at our car and helped load and unload our luggage from the bus. He was so kind and we truly appreciate all his help. The bus arrived within a few minutes at the airport on our return flight as well. It was also nice to return to our vehicle that had been parked with overhead cover so that we didn’t have to clean snow and ice off after our long flight. We will definitely use the Parking Spot 2 the next time we fly.”
