Original brick walls. Incredibly responsible 24/7 on site management and response. Often response to concerns takes minutes, not days or hours. Project is located in a beautiful park, that used to be part of the school. Hawthorne is safe, secure, with great neighbors in the building who look out for one another. Supermarket, drugstore, etc. within 5 minute walk. Aldi, Chinese groceries, Chinese restaurants, all within a 5 minute drive. I have been renting apartments for decades, and this place is the best I have ever experienced!”
