“Today I had another 5 ???? visit. I'm seldom in a rush, and get to enjoy my meal while the kids play. There is a new sign encouraging customers to fill out the mcdvoice review on the receipt. If you do they'll reward you with a free dessert! 4 months ago: The manager Chris greeted us and took our order with a smile. He was very polite. My kid's happy meals came out quick. I did a separate app order for myself to take advantage of the deals. My order came up quick and Chris offered to bring it to our table in the playground. The restaurant is clean. Another manager tidied up the playground area. I like the fact that they have a restroom in the playground area so I can keep a eye on one while the other is inside. Our meal was delicious and a bargain. My boys had fun on the playground and with the game systems. We'll be back often after school!”

“One of the best coffee shops in KC for atmosphere, drink selection and food options. The coffee drinks are well made with a great selection of options. The large breakfast burrito is great flavor and very filling. I split it with my wife after a run with a bullet proof coffee as a good recovery. The prices are also very good beating out every other shop I have visited.”

“This is not your typical roadside cafe. More of a upscale cafe with great food and bar service. Staff is friendly with good customer service, food is always great with many options from soup and salad to home style cooking, and atmosphere is great. I highly recommend. My only complaint is the hours of operation are limited. Will definitely return.”

“This was my first visit to Higher Grounds. I'm not a coffee drinker but there are other drink options to satisfy my carbonated tastes. ????. We chose that image because my friend enjoys coffee and thought the name was interesting, as far as I know. W had a great visit in a comfortable environment without the distractions you might find in some other establishments. They had to close early due to an event with other tenants but the drinks and service were fine so I would revisit this place.”

“I can't lie the daily limits always got great food it's good old school bar food that tastes great the Reuben is to die for...I've only been there a few times but the people are always very nice and the staff is always on it...seems like a very nice little local spot to chill have a beer a nice little burger or something after work... They have a couple TVs and the menus pretty tight... The prices are on point... Probably wouldn't take a girl out on a date there though... Maybe after the date... LOL”

“When my husband and two of our boys went for lunch the other day there was two women going around asking the elderly if they needed refills on their drinks or if there was anything they needed. When we received our food they accidentally (it was lunch hour amd super busy) forgot my son's yogurt and chocolate milk. When I told the woman who took our order she tried explaining why or how it was forgot and when I told her it was okay and that I understood, all she could do was smile. This was at McDonald's....better service there than I have had at some really nice restaurants. No place is perfect by any means, but this McDonald's definitely gets the best review from any other McDonald's I have been too!!!!”
