I had Dalo tint all my homes windows in 2004 after we had a new home built and the 'low e' windows we paid for as an upgrade did nothing to stop the scorching heat coming in. The tint has been amazing from both a heating & cooling, sun bleaching and privacy but what just happened today took me over the top for sure. Since you're given a Lifetime Warranty, I had 2 windows that had bubbled up. I called the company and from every step of the way they were amazing. Christian came out and looked at it and verified and then Anthony came out and redid the windows today at no charge under the warranty. Not many companies are there long enough to honor a warranty and then they try to welch on their commitments. NOT DALO! They took care of it all! You won't be displeased if you decide to hire Dalo!”

However they made me felt at home, they went beyond the service, made me feel safe and sound when paperwork related to the insurance, they talked to me in my language so they made me understand all the process I was going through. As soon they attended me on the phone they gave me that security I needed and they guided me throughout the difficult process. Besides the fixed my car on record time, they went beyond and they did even more work and more reparations that my car needed, asking me for my permission previously, and then they did not charge me for the extra work.
