I called Rite Way and a VERY nice lady answered and told me to hang tight and she will get service department. Kevin answered! He was so professional and helpful. He said they were really busy but he can fit me in. Thank goodness!!! I would of been stranded. It took all of 15 min to get me in and out. The cashier was sooo nice. I'm a customer for life. “I cannot recommended Mertz Auto Body, Inc enough!! After my car was wrecked due to icy road conditions there was lots of $$$$ in damage. Mertz took the time to make sure my car looked way better than it did before I BOUGHT it. I thought I was going to have to buy all the aftermarket stuff we put on it again but Mertz went back and forth with our insurance to pay for it. I also have a not so common paint color that proved to be a pain in the butt to match. They took their time and tried well over 10 shades to get it just right before they got started with the paint. “I have used Premier Dent and Tent for two separate services and the crew knocked the jobs out of the park on both services! I love vehicles and go through them often. I used Premier Dent and Tent this spring to put 20% tent on a vehicle I had. They had it done and done right before the day ended. I have used both KC Trends and KC Rim shop for tint services and neither ends of the spectrum met the quality and timing of these guys! I few days ago I struck some road debris with a car I hadn’t owned for 48 hours and managed to damage two of my front wheels. I called these guys up to see if they offered wheel repair. Luckily they do! Billy kept excellent communication with me for 3 days to make sure we both had a time that would work for both of our schedules. Once I met up with him Billy dismounted both wheels, repaired them, and remounted them on my car in under an hour! My wheels now look like nothing ever happened to them! I will definitely be using these guys for more specialty vehicle services in the near future!”

“This will be the only body shop I'll go to. I got a deep scratch (dented on my passenger door) and I got 3 quotes from nearby auto shops. All the shops came in with a repair estimate that took 5-6 days, and Brian at BMR came in at the lowest. I dropped off my car with Brian on a Monday morning. I asked him if he could do it quicker I would appreciate it so I can get back to driving my kids around. He said no problem, he'll get it done by Friday. I pay 50% upfront, and Brian asked whether I had a ride to work, and when I said I hadn't arranged one, he gave me a lift! Two days later, on Wednesday, Brian messages me tells me he worked overnight to get the job done! I hadn't planned on picking on Wednesday so I wouldn't be able to get to his shop until after closing -- he says, no problem, I can wait for you. I pick up my car, and the work is done beautifully. He removed the deep dent/scratch from my car, painted the rear passenger side door, and blended the new paint into the front passenger door and the rear panels. The result is the car looking like new! Fantastic customer service with a personal touch, great work, and highly recommended!”
