“Went to get oil and a filter for my wife's car. During the oil change at home I checked her car's battery to make sure it would last through the winter. Found some corrosion and bloating on her car's installed battery so I had to go back and buy a new battery. Picked up the recommended battery listed in the computer and went home. Test fit of battery in the car revealed it was too tall. The battery listed in the computer system was not the correct one for her vehicle. The listed battery was an inch too tall for the vehicle's battery mounting to secure it. Returned a third time with a tape measure to make sure I picked up the right size battery. They did the exchange without issue but it was frustrating that I had to go back because the battery part number listed in their system for her vehicle was incorrect.”
