“I know a lot of people prefer the old style Catholic churches, and I am one of them. The inside of the church is kind of 1960-ish style. But the congregation more than makes up for it. The priest makes a point to greet the parishioners on the way in and on the way out. It is an older congregation. But I always did believe you can learn a lot from your elders.”

She taught me how to sew, cooked me pancakes in the morning.... I reminded her of her daughter she said...My name is Kathy, I guess her daughter was a "Kathryn", "Kathleen", or a "Kathy"... Best of all pastor Ed horner delivers to us a message telling us how we can get to heaven, which is ONLY by receiving the spiritual bread of life, who is Jesus christ, as you're only Lord and savior. There's a good mix of women & men but mainly couples/marrieds, also white and black members that's refreshing. Great for families with kids, 50+ folks..... but sadly, not many 20-40 ish folks without kids, as it is at many houses of worship. But if that's your calling or you're not needing that support of Christians in that age range, this may be your house! Go as you are and enjoy the structured yet humble and heartfelt love at this place.”

“A lovely Roman catholic community with inspiring homilies by Fr Rick, lively music, and a very welcoming congregation. All are welcome here. A special treat was finding the hidden statuary around the grounds. Seems as though everywhere you looked there was a saint peeking out at you. Not a bad problem to have. an added bonus was having a relic of Saint Vincent de Paul on display during the octave of his feast day. Very special. A great find for this visitor.”
