“The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the blond haired receptionist in the front. Me and my daughter were there and the woman in the front was not welcoming or polite. This was our first visit so I expected to be greeted in a polite and friendly manner and we were not. Upon leaving my 9 year old daughter asked what was wrong with her. However, I will say that Ginger Cline is truly amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone. She was amazing with my daughter. She made my child feel comfortable and she had great character. We can't wait to see her again in a few weeks! If it weren't for the impolite, uncomfortable, weird receptionist in the front, I would have given this office 5 stars.”

“Dr. Wiles is my eye surgeon. Approximately 11 years ago he performed surgery on my eyes. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. For years I had suffered from what I thought were severe migraine headaches. Once he looked at my eyes, he explained it was my eyes constant straining trying to focus that was causing my headaches and the correction is a simple outpatient surgical procedure. I checked and he is one of the few eye surgeons in the nation that has achieved the highest level of accreditation from various eye health institutions due to his commitment to quality, skill and ongoing education. Because he is considered one of the best, I chose him to fix my eyes. Best decision ever. Headaches are gone and have not come back. In fact, I didn't realized what I couldn't see until I saw what I was missing the day after my surgery. During a post operative exam, he mentioned to me that by examining my eyes, he can tell my overall heath and could see certain 'potential problems' that my regular doctor would not be able to detect yet. This was an amazing insight to me. I had never thought about that before. Now, his eye care clinics, Wiles Eye Center, provides my entire family the eye care they need. Thanks Doc! It is my hope this experience overview from an actual patient will help others make an informed decision about who touches their eyes and why they would consider having any medical vision correction "procedure" done by anyone other than Dr. Wlies.”

“Dr. Harlan was kind to our 14 Year old son. Please form your own opinion on the comments from Paul Johnston below. For factual data, Mr. Johnston is not related to the patient. I am the patients father. I am appalled that someone with no say or relation to the patient can defame Dr. Harlan’s practice. Furthermore, I 100% cover the patient for insurance purposes. The surgery payment plan was clearly explained in advance. Furthermore, the refund was processed promptly when the insurance payment was received. I appreciate Dr. Harlan and everyone in his office going above and beyond to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Dr. Harlan’s experience with this type of hip surgery put us all at ease. I highly recommend this practice. You will have a positive experience.”
