I have now buried both of my parents through Louis Memorial Chapel, and I hope you all know how important your amazing customer service is. We never questioned the advice Steve offered us. We trusted him, which is all the more important when a family is grieving. When we were in the casket room, Steve came out with a file letting us know that the casket my stepmother chose was the same my father and his brother chose for their mother (my grandmother) over a decade ago. Roger Charleville made a hard day a little easier as we were making the decisions for the service. We even laughed that day and I'm sure my mom was happy for us. “Very impressed with the personal attention to detail. Burying a loved one is a most difficult period in one's life. You need a funeral director who has a reputation for trustworthiness. Bob Brown is that man. My brother and sister met with Bob to begin the process and he handled all the details from there. And at a very reasonable price! Bob was there in person for the visitation, funeral and gravesite service. He was like a longtime personal friend and he genuinely cared. He clearly understood the significance of the grieving process and how his handling of the arrangements would make this a special and memorable event in the lives of family members. One pleasant surprise was Bob arranging for the Air Force Honor Guard. Our father served in the Air Force in the 1950's. With all that was going on it completely slipped our mind. The Honor Guard was there in full regalia to bestow military honors on our 90 year old father. All the young grandsons were impressed with the three volleys of rifle fire, playing taps and the precision of folding the American flag and presentation to the family. Bob had the presence of mind to collect the .30-06 shells, which were still warm, and hand them to the parents of grandsons. My boys were so excited when I gave them theirs! Thank you Bob! Finally, Bob and his team did an amazing job in preparing the body for viewing! Dad looked great and so peaceful. Rev Robert T Winter is in Heaven now and I know he would approve this review.”

They came out during that ice and snow storm did him did an amazing job And their compassion to the families are just amazing it's they made everything a much easier for me and I've heard him I heard them talking to others on the phone when I was in their office and just the compassion and everything that they do is just great I would recommend that to anybody”

“Our 18 year old dog passed away last week in our home. I contacted Animal Care Services and they were kind, and genuine. I spoke to one gentleman at first who gave me additional information and pricing, he was very nice. Then i spoke with Lance, and really i don’t think i could have dealt with anybody better. He was kind, and gentle with our sweet girl. Today we received her ashes back, and Lance made sure that someone was at our home to receive them, and didn’t just leave them on our front porch. Everything was packaged beautifully as well. If you are in the unfortunate position of losing a pet, and choose cremation, I could not recommend them more. Thank you!”
