“I don't normally write reviews but I had to take the time to write a review because of the amazing care I received at Clarkson Eye-care in Ballwin, Missouri. I had been concerned about my eyes and they were able to make an appointment the following day. When I arrived, there was no wait, and everyone was friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer service and very professional staff. As for one of the reviews, mentioning that when you aren't buying glasses, they were rude. That was not the case for me - they were wonderful. Because of my current budget, I could only have an eye examination but that did not change their attitude towards me. Their customer service was awesome and Dr. Johnson was thorough and great in providing the examination. Even after the examination, I needed to get a PD done, and I don't recall the name of the person who helped me, but she took the time to make sure it was accurate and explained the prescription to me. They have won over a customer and I will be going to them for all my eye needs.”
