They are not there to hold your hand and they are not there for anger management therapy. 2. I’m an early adapter with Rivian, which means there is a learning curve, asking questions ahead of time, doing one’s homework, helps with communications and realistic expectations. I called periodically and asked questions without nagging or demanding. They answered me in a professional and timely manner. Treat people respectfully and you will be treated with respect. “Dr. Baptist is a good , young physician. He cares about his patients but, being inexperienced, lacks the ability to go beyond the strictures of the powers he perceives to be. His interpersonal skills are quite good. But under stress regresses to hardness and coldness he thinks is “appropriate” to his profession. In time, and with much experience, he probably will be a very good Doctor of medicine. The rabbit holes of the AMA and other entities are potentially his weakness.”
