He was so kind and helpful, took his time showing my Dad and me how to use the equipment, and was very reassuring. My dad had been nervous and Rick was so comforting and personable. We really appreciated his kindness, plus the fact that he brought the oxygen on the afternoon of Christmas eve. My mom's doctor said the company was very easy for him to work with as well.
