“Natalie is so sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable and explained the whole coolsculpting procedure to me very thoroughly. Having done the procedure herself, I felt her first hand knowledge was very valuable in laying out what I was going to experience during and after. During the procedure, she adjusted the heat in the room, gave me a blanket, and made sure everything was comfortable for me. There was an Alexa in the room where you can listen to whatever music you'd like and they can dim the lights. I felt very well taken care of. The rock spa is clean and comfortable. I'm very impressed by the whole experience and will definitely be coming back!”
