He is absolutely amazing in every aspect of his work; a very knowledgeable physician who truly cares about his patients. I wasn't seeing him for weight loss, but when I started to gain weight he noticed and addressed the problem. I listened to and did everything Dr. Windsor told me to do and was therefore very successful in my treatment with him. “Every staff member was polite, kind and empathetic. I called early on Labor Day to see if they were open. I immediately had a call back and was told to come right in and told how to work the wheel chair. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted and helped. Another person came in with a life threatening emergency and an ambulance had to be called. The staff apologized to us for the wait, no apology was needed, life threatening emergencies should come 1st. The triage nurse, x-ray tech and nurse practitioner all treated me with care and reassured me coming in for treatment was the right thing to do. My injury was not as severe as we thought and they still were empathetic and supportive. I highly recommend Liberty hospital urgent care.”
