“I rented a storage locker at Eastside Storage for approximately two years. Dave, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I worked in Customer Service my entire working life and CS is very important to me. Earlier this year, I had major surgery and as a result of all that was going on, forgot to send rent payment. Dave was super-understanding and didn’t charge me a late fee, which he certainly could of! The locker was clean, dry and probably the nicest one I’ve ever rented. If I ever need one in the future, I will go to Eastside!!!”

The unit itself and the facilities in general are very clean and well maintained. Ryan, the customer service associate, was incredibly friendly, competent, and easy to work with. He walked me comfortably through both getting the unit, and vacating it two months later, making the whole experience easy, pleasant, and straightforward. Moving was hard; this wasn't. “I wish our storage space was as nice as Darlene. The overhead door didn't move very easily and there were a couple of loose boards right in the doorway that dropped 2-3 inches when stepped on. The facility is very well lighted but inside the unit there are no lights.”

“Nicholas, was great. I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that uhaul installed a plug and play adapter kit on for me. They had originally overcharged me on accident for a hardwire and even after I paid and was ready to leave, they were completely honest and refunded me my additional $40. Next day hooked up my trailer and it didn’t work exactly as it should have so I called up to uhaul. They fit me in next day and spent 2+ hours in making it right. Great experience and integrity and trust is key. Highly recommend. Now we can tow our boat with our suv.”

“These guys are amazing! We were traveling and noticed our brake lamps were out. We had a hitch installed at U-haul in San Diego, turns out they did a horrible wiring job. Long story short the original wires installed were dragging and were exposed. We found these guys on the road, pulled in, explained the situation, they took us on our word, didn't not even confirm we were Uhaul customers. The replaced the wiring and burned out brake lamps for no charge! Amazing. We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend.”
