If I've had a problem it is almost always fixed within a day or two depending on the severity. If I had any issue they would help as much as possible, and rather than lie or tell me what I wanted to hear, if they didn't know the answer, they would contact upper management for an answer. I got mad once for a letter on my door for trash being left outside my apartment, but, all in all, whose fault was that? I got over it. You want to live in a nice place, you have to help keep it that way.”
