We did come across an issue with one area of the office where we chose a very dark paint color – one that was quite challenging to apply. The crew repainted that area - more than once –to be sure we were totally happy with the end result . . . and we were. These days, it’s very difficult to hire a company that lives up to expectation. “I am so happy this new location opened. For being a new build, and a new drive through, it’s amazingly efficient. The staff is superbly quick, and really fun. It’s an art form to warmly great people while also being super quick! Cars do not queue that long in the drive through. I was doing my coffee runs before at another nearby location and the drive through waits had become horrible, so this is just amazing. And the coffee is Starbucks strong and consistently on-brand. So happy you guys are just down the hill from me!”

“We did not end up buying anything (actually had a return) but we shopped around specifically for shoes for the longest time. It wasn’t very busy and at first the workers were helping someone else. We waited our turn and found the kiosk to check for our sizes. Although ultimately the shoes that I tried did not fit as I’d like, Jazz, yes jazz like the music, was very helpful and very informative. While helping us and other customers he gave advice and bits of wisdom and asked lots of questions to better understand what we were looking for… We didn’t get a store feedback survey because we didn’t buy anything but Jazz is the kind of employee that should be recognized for his helpfulness! Everyone else was great as well. We felt bad that we didn’t buy anything from Jazz; he really knows his shoes. We also talked about the books we were reading, Star Wars, and the various chit chat that one makes with a sales associate while walking around trying on shoes. As another customer service worker (not in sales) sometimes customer or patron complements are few and far between. Satisfied people don’t tend to speak up. Thank you, Jazz. You were very helpful!”

“Keith has been great to work with. We are big on finding local small businesses and I'm so happy we found Mosquito strike! We started using him at the end of the season last year. So tired of being eaten alive anytime we want to use our backyard! This year, we are a regular customer and Keith comes out every 3 weeks to treat our yard. He is reasonably priced and makes sure to do a thorough job. One treatment after a lot of rain seemed to kill a lot of mosquitos, but we still had an annoying amount left. We called and Keith came out again to treat at no extra cost to us! We've had random issues with wasps and ants and he was able to treat for those too at a minimal add-on charge. I'm telling all my KC area friends to use Mosquito Strike! Support local businesses so we can get the customer service we deserve!”
