“Not a perfect experience, to be fair people do make mistakes & this one wasn't huge. Took a PTO(Power Take Off)Shaft from my tractor that had split apart while tilling our garden into them to see if they could fix it & he said that they could. The young man that helped me asked if I wanted it the same length or if I wanted the new one to be longer & I said to go ahead & make it longer, so he wrote the info down for the service department with the new length & said it would take about an hour & that they would call when it was done. After 5 hours & no call I decided to swing by & see if they where finished with it & they were done, but, it was the same length as before. They offered to re-do it, which was admirable, but I told them that I wouldn't be back in the area for at least 2 weeks so I took it as it is. Small complaint. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship & with the politeness of the employees. A perfect visit would have been 5 stars.”

“Something for everyone and worth checking out. This place has a wide variety of things, from purfume to bales of hay, tons of pet supplies (from chicks to horses), hardware, plumbing, electric, clothing, mowers and saws, toys, boots, fencing, candies and sodas. Not much or any lumber. Some of the prices are high but they sale quality products that last. The management is responsive and treated me right on a mower situation. They have a skilled small engine service department that can usually get you fixed in about a week. The older staff is really knowledgeable and helpful, but I find some of younger employees less friendly and customer service aware, hence the four stars. I also wish they installed automatic doors for an easier exit. This is a small chain business with about six locations. Inventory seems to stay well stocked, but if they don't have it they can sometimes pull the item from another store and make it available for pick-up soon.”

“GREAT LOCAL BUSINESS! I just had a huge drive-way Topper sign custom made for my father for Christmas and it turned out Great! Dan was great to work with, very kind, and worked very hard on a short time line to make sure I had a great gift ready before Christmas! I really didnt know anything about metal sign work or design, and he really helped me design something beautiful and functional, eventhough I was pretty clueless and needed a lot of extra help. Others in my neighborhood have also used him to create similar designs, and they too, are very happy with the outcome.
