I worked in a clinic so I am well aware that things can and DO go wrong sometimes. (but then again we all know that b/c we're human too) In the event of an issue they are really good at communicating and moving toward a solution. “Heartland is great. I had a new high-end Carrier heat pump system (indoor and outdoor) installed. Josh and Bob were the technicians. Very professional, very polite, explained things very well, worked well together, great personalities. Given it’s a union shop, Heartland employees are very well-trained (apprenticeship), which is what I highly value. You get high quality. Marc, the residential manager, is great, too. Knows his stuff. Very personable. I am very, very satisfied with Heartland. As a retired marketing professor, I look at the consumer and the business. Heartland is very well-run (look at their web site) (and, they take credit cards — points!).”

“I could not believe how low the price was for a SHOEI RF 1200. (SICK helmet BTW.) Too good to be true? I checked the reviews for MC CLOSEOUTS and a majority were terrible, like really bad. Mostly referring to return / exchange / refund issues. I knew what size and color I wanted so wasn't concerned about a return / exchange / or refund. I took a chance and placed the order. I agreed to a $50 shipping charge to Hawaii and got my helmet in just a few days!!! Even with the additional $50, I saved money and got a GREAT helmet very quickly. FIVE STARS FOR SURE.”

Locally owned and operated he does it all himself so others reading this should take that into consideration when calling him. I don't trust the large corporate guys so I stick with Randy. If you have a weekend or 24/7 emergency remember to factor in Randy Does Everything himself Alone. Currently he has no backup or others because he wants things done right and the right way.”

“Man, did this area need a good coffee shop. With nothing else around for miles, this place hits the spot. Great for a sit-down drink or a grab-and-go. I have had two of the breakfast burritos and have enjoyed them a lot. Price is pretty fair for breakfast too. What I really like is the individually sourced beans and the flavor that comes with it. Hopefully this place keeps its authenticity!”
