Despite having more than two customers finally get fed up enough to say something to him, he still felt that making a scene about the $1,000 a month he spends there was going to get him a better offer for the game he bought the day before and only took the plastic off so he could bring it back. Anyway... point is Candice did great with her customer service game, just sucked seeing someone up against something where there wasn't an obvious 'Win', figured I'd chime in with a judge's opinion from the field.”

“I went in looking for parts for a dryer as well as the electrical cable. They did not have the terminal block I needed but they did have the power cable for the dryer along with cables for a range stove. They appeared to have a lot of lumber to choose from as well as some great prices on clothing items. The staff was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I ended up walking around and checking the place out to see what they had and was very impressed at at the home decor and remodel/repair items in stock. They also had a huge selection of tools, lighting and more. It was very open and clean as well.”

“I first went because the owners are friends of my sister. And I've gone back at least 4 times since they opened because we love everything we've gotten. I wouldn't go so often if they weren't that good. Even the next day, the leftovers we have at home are delicious. I've taken them to work and everyone loved them. This is seriously our new favorite treat, and we haven't even tried all of the flavors. We don't mind that the best flavors get sold out quickly.
