“Fun place to shop for Christmas gifts and search for fun finds. Great for college students. It can get a little nuts but that’s mainly only around the newly rotated bins. So if you just look around else where in this big warehouse it’ll be relatively peaceful. Go on weekdays at odd hours like morning or after lunch. The employees there work hard and are kind. They have to be blunt and gruff at times to keep the people that storm the bins in line. If it wasn’t for them I imagine it would get really nuts on there. People get greedy but on a human level... a lot of these “crazy people” are coming from low income families and are looking to send things to their families that could need them. Not to excuse some of the rudeness that happens but even when I step up to these carts people make room or polite talk or let me see something I’m reaching for. There are only so many goodwill outlets in the nation so be happy you have a resource like this. But like I said it’s a fun place for thrifty shoppers. Check it out and take home something special for pennies.”

Mike W with BFP recently came to our home to check on our water heater under a home warranty claim. From the moment he arrived he was super polite and professional. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and working with the home warranty company to get us up and running with a new unit. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and patient explaining everything to us. Because of Mike's awesome work, we had hot water again SAME DAY! “These guys seem to have a weird amount of bad reviews for the great experiences I've had here. They take an exceptional amount of care in their work and everything they've done for me has been spot on with more than reasonable pricing. I think a lot of the negativity is due to an ex-employee, PK, who the generous owners gave a couple too many chances. This employee did third-party work and had people meet him at the shop. I don't think that this should reflect badly on the business as they did not broker the work and if they had I would have no doubt that it would have been handled in a much more professional manner.”
