“I was given Karen's number by a friend as I was having severe shoulder/arm pain. I was hesitant because I'm one of those that goes for the easiest solution like a shot of cortozone and I'm on my way. I went today, unable to raise my arm above my chest area. I left touching the top of my head. I could not put my hair in a pony tail this morning! No, the "issue" isn't gone, but after an hour with Karen, it's 60% gone and I can move with tremendously less pain. I literally cried at the end of our session out of relief! She suggested I still go to my ortho, as previously scheduled, but I will be going back for this and other areas I'd like to address. I can't thank you enough for how feel right now!! I think I'll finally sleep for the first time in weeks!”

“Called El Punch and they quoted $1850 for a engine replacement with a 30 day warranty! I heard $2k-$3k from everyone else… They requested half down and ordered the part . They towed the car to their shop at no additional cost! They had the car for about 4 days and placed an engine in it. We got the car back and it started leaking from the motor same day. We called them back and they were so professional and reasonable! They told us to bring the car back and we brought it the next day and they had it for another 2-3 days . We have been driving the car for about a week and no issues since. Thank you El Punch you guys did an amazing job very quick, professional and reasonable.”
