I've had to wait over a hour for one sandwich. I wasnt mad because I still got my sandwich even after being delivered to the wrong house. They explained they only had one driver working that night. “We stayed at this amazing hotel Feb. 20,2022 until Feb. 22,2022. This hotel is amazing because of it's management. They are the epitome of great customer service. We were made to feel so welcome from the sign in to our rooms to the cleaning staff, pool staff, breakfast staff, etc. There was always a happy greeting or a "can we do something for you to make your stay more satisfactory." The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool had many lounges and chairs and warm towels and the breakfast for the two days was more than adequate. There was always coffee and hot chocolate available. Recommend this hotel for its location to restaurants, shops and activities. Great for single people or families.”
