He makes very complicated and intimidating movements easy to understand and perform. He shows that he truly cares about you and wants what’s best for you by taking the time to explain movements and get to know you on a personal level.

Conqueror Weightlifting provides a controlled, safe environment allowing each athlete to develop under individualized supervision. I especially appreciate Conqueror's emphasis on proper form and technique - enhancing each lifter's potential while minimizing risk of injury.
This program has had an amazing effect on my son’s life, both mentally and physically. As a dad, I'm grateful to have this immensely qualified, respected and committed coach working with my son. -

Coach Del Balso is an amazing coach - he truly cares about his athletes and adjusts his training to each of their abilities. My son has thrived in this program and continues to hit new personal records. I highly recommend this weightlifting club and our family looks forward to many more years with Coach Del Balso.

(June 6, 2022, 3:27 pm)Coach Del Balso and the Conqueror Program is AMAZING!! I knew Coach Del Balso as a freshman at Beckman high school back in 2006 during my football days. Fast forward to now, I reconnected with him and joined the satellite Conqueror Weightlifting Club in 2021. He is very welcoming yet tough and concise when teaching. His programming and coaching has allowed me to be the strongest I can be and taught me how to workout using my brain. Being one of his older athletes (30), this was important to me because he is able to adjust workouts to prolong my career in weightlifting and as an athlete. Coach Del Balso has taught me that anyone can join the sport of weightlifting at any age. Whether you are a middle schooler learning to lift, a D1 athlete trying to go pro, or a 9-5 parent looking to get back into fitness, Coach Del Balso can definitely help you out.

(May 25, 2022, 3:08 am)As a parent, I am confident to say that it was the best decision for my kids to join Conqueror Weightlifting Club in Beckman HS. The knowledge and experience that coach Del Balso imparted to my kids will forever be ingrained in their training. The coaches gave my kids a solid foundation to develop a life long sport they can participate in. In addition, my kids’ fencing 🤺 and overall fitness has improved significantly because of the training they received. Thank you to the coaches of Conqueror Weightlifting Club.
