  There are people people that have something about them, that leaves a deep impression on you. Aaron Barnes is one of them. I had the honor of meeting and working with Aaron recently and the moment we met, I felt positive vIbes and genuine energy. Throughout the day, he told me about his past addiction, darkest of days and the difficult battle he had to endure, to make it out. His process and metamorphosis to the vibrant, strong and inspiring human being he is now, is extraordinary! You can feel the passion and gratitude for life and sobriety, in every word that he speaks. His experience, infectious smile and attitude can help so many people that are dealing with addiction. His work as a Sobriety Coach is so meaningful. I am blessed to have met Aaron and always feel uplifted after every interaction with him.

  I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Aaron on several different cases. He is extremely passionate about helping his clients reach their goals no matter what obstacles are in their way. He is extremely caring, not only for his clients, but he is very supportive and encouraging with their families. He intuitively knows the perfect balance between motivating a person while still being empathetic to their struggles. He is unequivocally the best coach I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I would highly recommend Aaron to any family or individual that is struggling right now.

  My decision to call Aaron was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was lost in the depths of addiction. I have been to rehab, outpatient treatment, and every therapy resource I could find. I made the call to Aaron and since that day he has step by step helped me to start seeing the incredible light of sobriety and recovery.
  
  Aaron doesn’t mess around. He knows every trick in the book and has the ability to not only relate to his clients, but shows by example what a beautiful life awaits us all with sobriety.
  
  Aaron came to me from across the country and in a very short time built a team in my town that lifts me up daily. My treatment plan is working. It is a work in progress, but I am moving in the right direction. The best part is I know that Aaron is on my team, has my back, understands me, and scolds me just enough when I have had setbacks.   I contacted Aaron in February 2019 during a turbulent time in my life. When he spoke to me in those early days in recovery, he gave me such a sense of hope. He provided me with the tools and resources I needed to truly begin the healing process. He inspired me to accept that this journey involved the mind, body and spirit. He would make me laugh through the tears and.....he's not too hard on the eyes either. Aaron will continue to play a vital role in my recovery as I plan to retain his services for a longer duration. This man is a warrior!!!!!!
