  This place was great! I had the brisket (points), pulled pork and ribs combo plate with fries. The ribs and brisket were incredible! The ribs had a great rub and were perfectly smoked. They were so tender they just fell off the bone when you bit them. The brisket was flavorful, and so tender you could cut it with a fork. I was amazed. The cornbread was the best I've ever had, and they served a delicious local honey with it. The fries were delicious, seasoned just right and perfectly cooked. I had the honey lemonade and it was a touch sweet but still good. The hot BBQ sauce actually had a spicy little kick to it, and it tastes great. I finished off my meal with a slice of their caramel pie, which was like heaven on a plate! The service was very prompt and friendly, and the place was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. There are only 3 BBQ joints that I would recommend and this place is one of them. They serve Coke products, which is unfortunate.

  One of the best BBQ places I've been to in Omaha! Been here many times and always good. I love the Texas tumble weed, as well as all of their BBQ offerings. Their brisket is lean and full of flavor, and my wife enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich! One of my favorites is the BBQ Nachos which is an appetizer, but could feed two people. Great small business.

  OK, moment of honesty, I was headed home from the office on Saturday and didn't want to cook. I asked Google for a nearby BBQ restaurant to grab some take out and the Tired Texan came up. I had heard the name, but nothing about them.
  
  Not sure what to eat, I ordered a full slab of ribs, a Pulled Pork sandwich and a Smokehouse Burger. I have been disappointed in other BBQ joints recently, so I wasn't expecting much. OH MY! I now have a new favorite restaurant!
  
  The dry run ribs were some of the meatiest I have ever had. They were tender and fell off the bone.
  
  For my next meal I had the smokehouse burger which is a half pound beef patty, topped with pepper jack cheese, fried jalapeños and their house BBQ sauce. YUM!
  
  My final meal featured the Pulled Pork sandwich. Simply said, I have NEVER had a better pulled pork sandwich! This half pound mound of pork was completely lean, perfectly smoked, tender and tasty. I am used to getting a piece of fat in this kind of sandwich, but that was not the case here. Nothing but lean meat.
  
  I can see why they are Tired, because they have been busy smoking and preparing amazing food. I WILL BE BACK OFTEN!!!
