Comfort Inn Sw Omaha I-80

Always clean, comfy rooms. The staff is great, it can get busy though so I'd make reservations if you can.

Very convenient location right off the interstate and nice place - very affordable!

Great hospitality. I would definitely come back if I travel here again.

Have stayed in this Comfort Inn many times in the past when coming to Omaha to visit family and friends. This past week, we had made reservations for two nights at this hotel, but due to a family emergency, had to cancel past the cancellation policy. I called and spoke with Victoria whom provided exceptional customer service, understood my circumstance and stated she would call her Manager for approval to cancel. Within a very short time period, an email was received via the Manager Travis, stating my cancellation was approved and refund was initiated.
We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the front desk personnel are personable. I want to thank Victoria and Travis for their help and kudos to Travis for his leadership.

The bathroom had what looked to be rust in the toilet and wall paper was peeling off. But the overall room was clean and fresh smelling. No sign post that weekdays breakfast over by 9am. It was a non smoking hotel. But didn't have a desnated smoking area Where you go and smoke and sit and enjoy your
morning coffee.
