“Last week when the temperature hit 80 we went to turn on the AC on our heat pump. To find the in house temperature just kept raising in the house. Called Service One, the repairman was here well over an hour doing testing to get it running. He even called somebody for additional ideas. At this time both were on overtime. They did every test they could think of to get the heat pump running. They finally said that the condenser needed to be replaced. The repairman answered all of my questions about replacing the condenser vs installing a new heat pump. I decided to replace the heat pump since the heat pump was mfg 2008. The following Wednesday the heat pump was scheduled to be installed. The installers arrived on time went to work taking out the old heat pump to install the new heat pump. They worked diligently to install the new heat pump with no questions asked after I showed them where the thermostat, furnace and heat pump could be found. We are very happy with Service One.”

“~Yeah,the Papio store's not 5min away. But when the 2nd&3rd interactions were no different than the first. Ill,along w/friend who claimed they did as well . I avoided O'Reilly's altogether for better part of a decade. ~Until about 3yrs ago when I couldn't afford to wait 2-3 weeks for a part I needed. Papio didn't have on hand but "J" street did,talk about night&day. Just got off the phone w/them&even though they didn't have the part I was looking for? Still proved more pleasant than every experience at Papio.”

“Have stayed in this Comfort Inn many times in the past when coming to Omaha to visit family and friends. This past week, we had made reservations for two nights at this hotel, but due to a family emergency, had to cancel past the cancellation policy. I called and spoke with Victoria whom provided exceptional customer service, understood my circumstance and stated she would call her Manager for approval to cancel. Within a very short time period, an email was received via the Manager Travis, stating my cancellation was approved and refund was initiated. We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the front desk personnel are personable. I want to thank Victoria and Travis for their help and kudos to Travis for his leadership.”
