The workers were all neat and always tidied up the area when finished. They were polite, took pride in the quality of their work and really paid attention to all the details! Chuck and Jamie were terrific on providing good communication about the project. Finally, when the bathroom was finished, someone came and did a deep clean on it and the room was sparkling! We’re thinking of another renovation and would definitely use DreamMaker again!”

“Shout out to my girl Hannah killing it with her amazing customer service skills. I was not an easy guest to assist, I had a lot of questions that I needed answered and she took her time to answer each one. She didn’t give me an attitude, she didn’t make me feel like a burden. This girl genuinely took HER time to help me out and I totally appreciate that. Honestly, the entire staff, as small as it may have been, was incredible. I don’t know who’s running this store, but I myself manage a business. I don’t take my time to leave reviews for just anyone, so whoever is managing… take time to let your people know they’re killing it. Retail is hard enough as it is, but even more difficult due to the pandemic. So pay respect where respect it due and let your workers know that they are appreciated. Thank you for a good customer experience. I am beyond satisfied with the service myself and my family received.”

“I'm going to be honest. On a true scale of 5 stars this is an amazing 3 stars. Comfy bed, clean rooms, nice lobby. Halls really need a facelift as they do still smell smoky but all in all its a great clean room, they are pet friendly and the price is fantastic. Products offered (or shampoo) are pretty basic but decent amenities otherwise.”
