Great Vibrations is such an amazing place. As a busy mom and I own my own business I don't have time for a traditional gym. I also have never liked to work out!! Cindi and Great Vibrations has changed all that. This place is fun and you look forward to coming, don't get me wrong, the workouts are intense!! So glad to have found this style of working out and technology.
I love this place! The trainers are awesome! The workouts are different everyday, they're modified to our fitness level and the trainers make them fun so you want to keep coming back. You can get a really good workout done in a short amount of time and they offer classes all time so it's very convenient and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to everyone!
This is a one of a kind experience unlike any other personal training! The vibration plates make the workout so much more effective. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and are always seeking ways to make your workout...for you to be your best! The atmosphere is positive and always encouraging! I love working out in small groups and there is always a trainer pushing you. All the trainers I've worked with are great! They want you to meet your goal and help motivate and guide you along the way. Other gyms don't compare.
Love the variety of workouts. They change daily, and can be adjusted to your own strength and fitness level. Great trainer at the south gym, lots of support and one on one interaction.
