Very professional service. Christopher the technician was very friendly and efficient. He cleaned my furnace and found no issues. He explained some of the preventative plans they had available. I originally wasn’t planning on going with a plan but the basic one was a good deal at $9.99/ month, so I signed up for peace of mind. Thanks guys - keep up the great service.

Keenan was very professional. He was well educated on the service, procedures, products, and life. He educated me the whole way through the process on what to do and not to do in the future. He carried allowed me to carry good conversation with him without interfering with the great job he did. Out of all the different service repair people that have been by to fix things, Keenan was by far the best. Burton is a great service that should employ more individuals like Keenan. Good work and highly educated.

Ali was my tech this morning. He was punctual and quick. He took pictures so I could see what was going on with my unit. Didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.

Frank was here this morning to do my annual furnace inspection. He actually was able to take pictures of the insides of the unit. He was very detailed in explaining my issues. Unfortunately a new unit seems to be the best route to take.

Ryan; the salesman, arrived shortly afterwards to explain my options; again in great detail, without pushing the highest priced options. And hopefully getting me the best deal possible.

I felt confident with both gentlemen.

Stephen B was excellent. He determined what the problem was and explained the options. There was no pressure to select the most expensive option but rather select the best fix in consideration of my long term plans.
