One Tree Yoga - West Studio

This is a good studio! I love that they offer express hot classes during the week. It makes it a lot easier to squeeze in a quick session.

Great studio, great location. You want to go shopping, grab a bite to eat, just do basic errands, then you'll love this location. I do anyway. I can go shopping at westroads and swing by One Tree for an hour to "let loose" and feel free again. No stress, no drama. They clear your head and clear any aches and pains from the day. Well worth stopping by.

The teachers at One Tree Yoga are beyond fantastic. I always feel welcome, which I find so very refreshing. It seems like a family there; they'll welcome anyone and everyone with open arms. Always offering modifications for beginners, pregnant yogis, seasoned yogis, etc... Men and women, young and old, rookie or advanced-- OTY is the studio for you. Two locations on either side of town offer classes throughout the day, fitting for almost any schedule. Love love love.

Instructors learn and use your name quickly which makes you feel welcome. Friendly and clean environment. All different levels of students & classes. The instructors are experienced. They will go around in the class and help/correct your poses. Definitely recommend One Tree studios.
